HOTEL POLICIES, RULES AND REGULATIONS

Maximum guest room occupancy for a two-bed guest room is four (4) guests.

Maximum occupancy for a king room is two (2) guests. Maximum daytime visitors per room is two.

​If there are more than the maximum number of guests or visitors discovered, you will be asked to rent an additional guest room for proper accommodations or vacate the hotel.

Please be mindful of other guests in the hotel and keep noise level to a minimum. This hotel has a zero-tolerance noise policy. ​

​If there is a noise complaint from other guests, you will be issued a warning.

​A second noise complaint issued toward you will result in hotel management asking you to vacate the hotel premises without a refund and you may be responsible for other guest refunds.

 No underage drinking, illegal substances or items are permitted in the hotel. Either of these violations will result in immediate expulsion from the hotel premises and the involvement of law enforcement. ​

​​The hotel assumes no responsibility for any damages to vehicles or for valuables left in vehicles parked in our parking lot areas or valuables left in the guest rooms. All rooms are equipped with a safe.

The individual who rents and signs for the room and/or the card holder will be charged a $1000.00 cleaning fee for smoking in any guest room or any part of the hotel. This fee will also be charged for any other abnormal cleaning or damage repair that must be done to the room.

Pets are not allowed on the hotel property. Guest agrees to pay $200 plus additional fees for cleaning and/or damage due to unauthorized pets

​(Documented service dogs are allowed but must be registered) all pool, spa, sauna and fitness center rules are posted and must be followed. Adults only in the indoor pool area from 11pm-2am.

​Outdoor pool area is closed after 10pm. ​

Only guest aged 21 and over are allowed in our lottery room.  id is required.

​Proper attire(shirt and shoes) is required in the breakfast bar, garden grille, hallways and lobby. ​

Due to fire regulation & safety codes, at no time will guest room doors be allowed to be propped open. They must be secured at all times.
